Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Chef Ernst Dorfler and Gerry Sayers, the restaurant offers their vision of highly personalised service and a modern interpretation of European/Continental classic cuisine featuring the freshest local and seasonal ingredients.

The Five Sails is also the proud recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence with a wine list featuring both distant vineyards and local gems from the Okanagan Valley, expertly selected by Sommelier Ramon Fresneda.

Five Sails will be closed on 10th & 31st July due to private events.
