Begin the weekend celebrations with the finest medley of marine delicacies at Hooked@Edge on Good Friday. Embark on an oceanic adventure around the seven live food kitchens and relish seafood signatures including Singapore Chilli Crab, Alaskan King Crab, Salmon Tandoori, a la minute Squid Ink Pasta, and Mediterranean Salt-baked Whole Salmon. Round off the meal with a wide selection of desserts enhanced with 30 different Easter eggs with a twist. Charming flavours include Sea Salt Caramel, Yuzu, Chilli and Sesame.

The festivities culminate with a four-hour Champagne Brunch on Easter Sunday where guests may look forward to unlimited Champagne to complement premium Seafood on Ice including Boston Lobsters and freshly-shucked Fine de Claires Oysters, roasts from the carvery such as Roasted US Beef Tomahawk and Whole Roast Rack of Lamb, a la minute Pan-seared Foie Gras and handcrafted Duck Confit Ravioli. Be enthralled as our chefs present the Traditional Roasted Leg of Lamb at your table to commemorate the occasion.

This season, our Pastry Chefs display their creativity and culinary prowess with a dessert presentation filled with classic treats including Simnel Cake, Easter Baked Rice Tart, Hot Cross Buns, and 30 varieties of Easter Eggs. Sweets are given a tantalising touch with innovative creations including Black Glutinous Cheesecake, Basil Crème Brûlée, Ivory Strawberry Chocolate Cake and Carrot Quiche Lorraine.

Young guests can look forward to an afternoon of fun as they embark on a hunt for Easter eggs hidden amidst the foliage in Keyaki’s Zen Garden. To complement the traditional egg hunt, face painters will delight children with their creative designs. An Easter Bunny mascot will also be making rounds to gift them with candy and take photographs as momentos.
