Singapore, June 2015—Edge brings out Sunday’s best with a refreshed menu featuring an exciting range of European and South American favourites enhanced with unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne and the new Passion Fruit Mojito for a joyous celebration of the weekend.

Lauded as one of Singapore’s longest brunches, the four-hour long Sunday Champagne Brunch at Edge offers guests a multi-sensorial experience at its signature seven ‘live’ food kitchens with a la minute presentations to enjoy and indulge in.

Guests may look forward to a new selection of Latin American delicacies including Peruvian Seafood Ceviche; hearty Cuban Black Bean Stew served with Tortilla Chips; and Mexican Enchiladas.

Extend the festivity with European treats such as piquant Squid Ink Seafood Ravioli with creamy Lobster Bisque; Homemade Potato Gnocchi with Cheese and Prosciutto; and German Pork Knuckles roasted to give an aromatic crackling while retaining a tender and juicy interior.

The award-winning restaurant also presents Pan Pacific Singapore’s signature sausages grilled to perfection. Helmed by Master Butcher Leonhard Weber, the hotel’s butchery stays true to its German traditions while incorporating contemporary flavours. The live grill features the new Chicken Curry Sausage—premium chicken meat finely-blended with local curry spices shaped in a whorl; the classic German Bratwurst with coarsely-blended pork redolent with rustic flavours; and English Bangers, a British classic grilled to endow a delicious smoky flavour.

In addition to quality ingredients, Sunday Champagne Brunch at Edge is a smorgasbord of sights, smells, sounds, tastes and textures of cuisines around the Pacific Rim. Get up close to the action as chefs prepare dishes according to guests’ preferences; carve Mongolian-style Suckling Pig and succulent Tomahawk Steak; or as they serve freshly-grilled homemade sausages paired with condiments tableside.

Young guests are not forgotten—a dedicated Kids Corner complete with toys and cartoons on DVD for the little ones promises an afternoon of fun and excitement for the entire family.
