Relish the decadent Traditional Cantonese Rice Dumpling that seamlessly marries the flavours and textures of premium ingredients including Dried Oysters, Japanese Mushroom and succulent Pork Belly, Salted Egg Yolk and Premium Thailand Glutinous Rice. Another handcrafted highlight is the newly created Classic Dumpling with Pork Belly, Dried Scallops and Abalone Sauce – a signature favourite enhanced with aromatic Abalone Sauce giving a subtle touch of indulgence to the umami accents of Dried Scallops and Pork Belly. Sweetening the deal at Hai Tien Lo is another new highlight, Sweet Potato Dumpling with Black Bean Paste that presents a smooth and fragrant black bean paste encased in a golden pillow of premium glutinous rice infused with sweet potato. Other highlights include Traditional Pork Dumpling with Dried Shrimps and Nyonya Chicken Dumpling.
