Singapore, 14 April 2015 - In an epicurean tribute to 50 remarkable years, Pan Pacific Singapore celebrates the Lion City’s Golden Jubilee with a medley of culinary offerings ranging from a new signature cocktail at Atrium, to unique handcrafted sambal at Pacific Marketplace and exclusive savings at Edge and Keyaki.


In commemoration of Singapore’s landmark fiftieth birthday, Edge presents exclusive culinary offerings designed to complement the Golden Jubilee celebrations. Starting with Golden Mondays, guests 50 years of age and above will enjoy 20% savings on Monday dinners where they may savour a diverse range of sumptuous highlights including Seafood on Ice, Asian and Western Roasts, A La Minute Pastas and Oven-baked Pizzas. Additionally, guests who are marking their fiftieth year along with the nation may also enjoy Fifty & Fabulous, lunch or dinner with Edge’s compliments, when dining in their birthday month with three paying adults. Golden Mondays and Fifty & Fabulous are available from 1 April to 30 December 2015.

Leading up to National Day, Edge presents Jubilee Lunch on 6, 7 and 8 August 2015, a celebration of Singapore’s cultural traditions and rich history, where guests may enjoy a diverse and engaging dining experience with seven live kitchens showcasing heritage culinary delights inspired by authentic flavours and traditional cooking techniques. Highlights include Laksa, Bak Ku Teh, White Pepper Crab, Fish Head Curry and desserts such as Durian Pengat, Durian Puffs, Pandan Kaya Chiffon Cake and Mango Pomelo Short Cake.

These heritage dishes have also made their way into Edge’s award-winning Sunday Champagne Brunch which, just for National Day, has been infused with a dash of local flavour with enhanced heritage fare in addition to classic brunch offerings such as unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne, Oysters, Homemade Duck Ravioli and Omi Wagyu Beef.

Not to be outdone, Keyaki presents “Fifty with Flare”, offering guests 50 years of age and above, 50% savings on weekday lunch when they opt to dine at the Teppanyaki counter. Guests may enjoy front row seats of the culinary theatrics while savouring classic lunch favourites including Prix Fixe Gozen menus, Sushi, Sashimi and delicacies from the Teppanyaki counter such as grilled Omi Wagyu, Iberico Pork and Foie Gras.  Fifty with Flare is available from 1 April to 30 December 2015.

Pacific Marketplace
Celebrate SG50 with sugar and spice at Pacific Marketplace and enjoy savings on sweet afternoon tea presentations or a quintet of authentic homemade sambal crafted to celebrate Singapore’s rich culinary history.

Guests are invited to enjoy 20% savings on Pacific Marketplace’s classic Weekday Three-Tier Afternoon Tea and savour delicately crafted tea sandwiches, scones, pastries and cupcakes, complemented with fragrant teas and coffees. Available daily from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, Afternoon Tea is priced at SGD58 for two adults, and the 20% savings is applicable from 1 June to 31 August 2015.

Spicing up the celebrations, dedicated chefs have infused traditional and unique flavours into pounded chillies and spices, creating a quintet of unique sambal, perfect as gifts or to add zesty heat to homemade dishes. Flavours include Tumis (Honeyed Mango), Belacan (Salted Fish), Thai Basil and Pineapple, Red Belado and Kampong Sambal, and the sambals will be available for take away in sets of five at Pacific Marketplace from 1 June to 31 August 2015.

Featuring a refreshing blend of Gin and White Balsamico with tangy hints of Lemon, Lychee and Beetroot, this visually engaging cocktail is served with a festive sparkler, a whimsical interpretation of the National Day fireworks over Marina Bay.
