Executive Chef Lai Tong Ping’s curated menus include Double-boiled Winter Melon with Abalone and Cordyceps Flowers, Classic Sliced Beijing Duck served with Homemade Chinese Pancakes, Steamed Sea Perch Fillet with Seasonal Greens and Crispy Bean Crumbs, and Tang Yuan.

Available from 30 November to 22 December 2015 from 11:30am to 2:30pm (lunch) and 6:30pm to 10:30pm (dinner). The Winter Solstice set menus are priced from SGD398 for four guests.
