Tianjin has four distinct seasons, although it is a coastal city, the weather in Tianjin is pretty much the same as Beijing provided the distance in between is merely less than 100 KMs or half an hour distance by the express train. The average temperature in summer is around 25, while it can drop to the ice point or even below. The best times to visit Tianjin are late Spring and Autumn.
